If you wish to cancel your booking you have to do so within 14 days of your date of purchase. Please send an email to contact@studiomilde.com marked "Cancellation" and in the email state:

Your payment will be refunded using the payment option selected by you when placing your order. The transfer can take up to five business days, depending on your bank's refund process. Please note that the terms of cancellation and process are the same for purchase and booking with gift card.
Short-term customer cancellations, i.e. cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the agreed time will be invoiced for the full amount. In the case where the customer does not connect to the agreed call within 10 minutes of the agreed time, this is counted as a "User-no-show" and will then be invoiced for it´s full amount despite the missed consultation.
In case of short-term cancellations by Studio Milde's experts, ie. cancellations that take place within 24 hours of the agreed time, the customer will be offered a new time for consultation within 14 days from the date of the original consultation. In the case where Studio Milde's expert does not connect to the agreed call within 10 minutes of the agreed time, this is counted as an "Advisor no-show". The customer is then offered either a new time for consultation or a refund of the full amount.
Gift cards are valid one year from the date of purchase.
Studio Milde's goal is to offer all customers a consultation no later than four weeks from purchase. In the case where the advisor is fully booked, the customer is offered a consultation with another advisor or an appointment with the desired advisor later on. Studio Milde cannot guarantee a date for consultation with an exact advisor within four weeks of the booking date as this depends on demand and availability. Customers who need urgent consultation will always be offered an alternative adviser if the desired adviser is not available.

Studio Milde reserves all intellectual property and other rights in the Platform, the Software, all content, the Studio Milde Website, trademarks and the Studio Milde logo, including any adjustments and modifications. Any use outside of these terms requires the express prior approval of Studio Milde. Our advisors do not need additional permission if they present themselves on social networks, professional networks and in the presence of the Internet as Studio Milde advisors.
Studio Milde regularly asks its users for feedback. This feedback is always voluntary and most often confidential. Studio Milde reserves the right to use completely anonymous feedback to improve our services. The right of use can be revoked at any time by sending a simple declaration to contact@studiomilde.com
Disputes in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration Institute’s Rules for simplified arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Stockholm. Swedish law shall apply to the agreement.
Studio Mild does not owe a certain success, but only provides the contact to advisors. The client determines the content of their counseling sessions individually, taking into account the current counseling guidelines. Studio Milde or the advisor acting under Studio Milde's platform cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the advice or how the advice is applied. However, it goes without saying that Studio Milde's advisers do their very best to answer the questions the customer has.
Studio Milde may need to re-write the terms. Should this be the case, the old conditions apply to purchases made before the conditions are re-written. The new conditions apply to new customers.
